Worries and Wellbeing

The Mental Health Champions continue to work hard on their ideas to support student well-being at PACA. They recently released a survey on Google Classroom and would like to thank everyone who completed this.  Paper copies of this will be distributed to Year 7 and 8 tutor groups after the Easter break.

The group are planning to introduce "worry boxes" for all year groups to share concerns with their pastoral teams and have been making these look beautiful!  They have also been thinking about the ways we stay mentally healthy.  They have identified 5 key messages, all starting with "S" to help students remember these.  They are;
  • Sleep
  • Stress Management
  • Sunshine
  • Self Esteem
  • Share Concerns
They are looking forward to delivering an assembly during the Summer term to share more information on all these developments!
