This week, PACA’s Year 9 students took part in an exciting outreach visit to Brighton University, where they were given the opportunity to learn vital first aid skills.
As part of the programme, students received hands-on training in CPR, gaining confidence in techniques that could one day help save a life.
The session introduced them to essential emergency response practices and highlighted the importance of staying calm and prepared in real-world situations.
Staff at PACA expressed their gratitude to the Brighton University Ambassadors, who supported the students throughout the visit and helped create an engaging and informative learning experience.
The school hopes this experience will empower students with lifelong skills and inspire further interest in health, science, and community service.
