PACA6

Proposal to temporarily change the age range of Portslade Aldridge Community Academy by suspending the sixth form from September 2020 to August 2022

Inviting you to have your say

We wish to consult on a proposal to suspend the sixth form at Portslade Aldridge Community Academy from September 2020 to 2022. There are too few applicants to provide the breadth and depth of subject offer students require or for the sixth form to be financially viable.

In view of this, we advise students who have applied to join PACA6 in Year 12 in September 2019 to make additional sixth form applications as, if the consulation agrees, theres will will be no admissions to Year 12 in September. Our existing Year 12 students would be unaffected by this and able to continue their studies at PACA through to the completion of their courses in 2020.
