The Charity concerned is Living Hope and is heavily supported by the Oasis Fellowship in Hangleton.
When PACA started such was the demand for the new uniform that our suppliers had to send some “almost correct” uniform so everyone could look similar. Now we have the correct uniform we were left with stock which the suppliers decided to write off. So what do you do with 6 boxes of school uniform; boys and girls trousers, skirts, and T shirts? There is a small local charity with a lot of links across Africa.
Batches of Uniform have gone to Burundi, victims of the petrol refinery fire in Nairobi and Sierra Leone.
These photos are from the town of Kenema in Sierra Leone. For most of these children these are the first clothes they have ever had that someone else has not had before them so a prized processions.
